We can also assist you with regulatory issues throughout the entire process if required – from conformity testing and technical documentation to product registration. We are also happy to provide access to our network of food law experts, as we as a company are not permitted to provide legal advice or carry out audits for you. However, our certifications guarantee you safety and quality in the contract manufacturing of food supplements, organic products and feed supplements. Together, we ensure that your product ideas are not only scientifically sound, but also economically viable, legally compliant and technically feasible.
Research & development
Our research and development department brings together experts from the fields of nutritional science, biology, food technology, engineering, marketing and business management. Our knowledge is supplemented by external specialists, including doctors, alternative practitioners and colleges and universities from Germany and abroad. This ensures that we are always up to date with the latest scientific findings and developments in the healthcare market. One focus of our research is the international analysis of new nutritional studies.
We work with you to develop individual formulation proposals for your nutritional supplements and complementary feeds – based on scientifically relevant raw materials or specific product requirements. In addition to innovative ingredients, we also rely on technological advances such as the micronization process, which optimizes the bioavailability of micronutrients. We also facilitate the implementation of utility models and patented solutions.
Procurement & production
For the development of high-quality food supplements, we source certified raw materials worldwide, for which quality, safety and purity have the highest priority. Our portfolio comprises over 1,500 raw materials, including vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Each batch is thoroughly tested for GMO, BSE, BIO, PAH, heavy metals and pesticides and comes with a detailed specification and a certificate of analysis.
We ensure our high quality standards through comprehensive controls – from checking raw material certificates and laboratory analyses before purchasing to monitoring hygiene, production and end products. Accredited laboratories ensure additional safety and quality.
After the concept phase, we select the appropriate dosage form together: capsules (hard gelatine, HPMC), tablets, powder or liquids. Thanks to our extensive stock of raw materials, we can produce faster than many European manufacturers. The minimum order quantity is 100,000 units for capsules and tablets or 100 kg per batch for powder products. As an experienced contract manufacturer, we offer customized solutions for private label and white label products. With over 20 years of experience, we guarantee safe, efficient and on-time production – made in Germany.

Packaging & labeling
In accordance with HACCP regulations, the safe and hygienic packaging of food supplements and complementary foods is a top priority. We therefore fill capsules, tablets and powders in sealed outer packaging with tamper-evident closures – for maximum product safety. Our modern systems enable fast and precise processing, including labeling and coding.
For trial sizes, we offer flexible sachet packaging with individual filling quantities. On request, we can also create a label design which, in addition to the legally required labeling (without guarantee), also contains the list of ingredients and composition.

We ensure the safe and punctual shipment of your healthcare products – throughout Germany, Europe and worldwide. In cooperation with experienced logistics partners, we take care of all the necessary export procedures, including apostille and other formalities.
In addition to manufacturing, we also support you in marketing. Our team of scientists, marketing and sales experts advises on study interpretations, advertising claims and possible drug law tests. We also provide contacts to food law experts, sworn experts and accredited institutes that can check formulations and advertising texts for legal conformity.
