Food technology specialist (m/f/d)

Dual vocational training (theory: vocational school | practice: in our Company)
Vocational training duration: 3 years

Your vocational training:
During a 3-year training period, you will become acquainted with the various company departments including quality management, order acceptance, work planning and organisation, as well as the provision and preparation of raw materials, additives, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products and packaging materials. You will learn how to control production efficiently and effectively and how to store raw materials and other materials properly. A food technology specialist possesses a detailed understanding of the production process, the raw materials and the relevant legal regulations regarding hygiene, recipes and packaging, which must be strictly adhered to. This individual is jointly responsible for the quality of the products and ensuring adherence to delivery dates. Training to become a food technology specialist is often the start of a career that can lead to a position as foreman, shift supervisor or even culminate in a university Degree.
